When we receive an order, we make sure to ship it in less than three days. Once shipped from our warehouse, it reaches your doorsteps within a week or less depending on your shipping location. If the order is placed during weekends or public holidays of UAE, the shipping will be done the next working day. For your information, our team is working from Saturday to Thursday every week except for public holidays announced by the UAE government. To make sure your purchase reaches you at right time, we work hard and efficiently in coordination.

Our online delivery services are available locally to United Arab Emirates, and internationally to kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar.
WHAT ARE COD CHARGES?
Cod option is currently limited to the United Arab Emirates and when expanded to other countries, we will be pleased to inform you. Cod charges are not shipping charges. These charges are only applicable on cod orders for handling. These charges will be applicable to any order without any cart value limit. Cod handling charges are AED 10.
HOW CAN THE PAYMENT BE DONE?
We would encourage online payments via credit/visa cards of any bank. For specified products of the premium category, cash on delivery option is also activated.
RETURN POLICY
If the shipment has been dispatched for prepaid orders and customer requesting for refund, delivery charges will be deducted.
For Online prepaid, credit charges of 2.5% of the total order value will be deducted if cancelled upfront without any reason & if shipped & returned AED 25 will be deducted for courier charges

Passione De Lamour by Harold is a Chypre fragrance for women and men. Passione De Lamour was launched in 2019. The top notes are Violet Leaf which is vastly different from the sweet scent of flowers. The scent is quite green, like the smell of cut grass with a subtle cucumber nuance. Coriander top notes have a refreshing, lime-like flavor, while mixed with Bergamot middle notes have a strong aversion to the fragrance. The middle notes are Rose, Black Pepper which gives this perfume a perfect sweet to sour ratio with hints of Lily-of-the-Valley, blossoming into a soft yet intense scent. Ambergris has been described as possessing a rich deep scent. This fragrance is said to be more pleasant once fused with musky Patchouli and delicate Vanilla base notes.
