FROM A BICYCLE
TO A LEGACY

In 1976, Abdul Jolil arrived in Dubai from Bangladesh with almost nothing but courage, determination, and a dream. He began by riding a bicycle from house to house across Al Ain and Abu Dhabi, carrying his products and introducing himself to local families one door at a time.

Language barriers, harsh weather, and countless challenges never stopped him. Slowly, the bicycle became a car with a driver — but the dedication never changed. For twenty years, he worked to earn the trust that would one day carry the family name into oud.
