All online shipping is subjected to stock availability. We at Balhowaimil are constantly trying to keep all your favorites available all the time, but at moments we are challenged by external circumstances, the product might be notified as 'OUT OF STOCK'. WHEN DO WE SHIP AND DELIVER?
When we receive an order, we make sure to ship it in less than three days. Once shipped from our warehouse, it reaches your doorsteps within a week or less depending on your shipping location. If the order is placed during weekends or public holidays of UAE, the shipping will be done the next working day. For your information, our team is working from Saturday to Thursday every week except for public holidays announced by the UAE government. To make sure your purchase reaches you at right time, we work hard and efficiently in coordination.
WHERE DO WE SHIP AND DELIVER?
Our online delivery services are available locally to United Arab Emirates, and internationally to kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar.
WHAT ARE COD CHARGES?
Cod option is currently limited to the United Arab Emirates and when expanded to other countries, we will be pleased to inform you. Cod charges are not shipping charges. These charges are only applicable on cod orders for handling. These charges will be applicable to any order without any cart value limit. Cod handling charges are AED 10.
HOW CAN THE PAYMENT BE DONE?
We would encourage online payments via credit/visa cards of any bank. For specified products of the premium category, cash on delivery option is also activated.
RETURN POLICY
If the shipment has been dispatched for prepaid orders and customer requesting for refund, delivery charges will be deducted.
For Online prepaid, credit charges of 2.5% of the total order value will be deducted if cancelled upfront without any reason & if shipped & returned AED 25 will be deducted for courier charges
if you return the item that you received defective, damaged or incorrect you will be refunded full amount.

Fusion of smoky amber mixed with Agarwood (oud) is grounding and great for enhancing your memory, creating a calming and everlasting warm environment with healing properties. This perfume has a woody scent, what makes it so unusual are the notes of bright fruits and softly floral. Scents of white musk notes depict exquisitely something clean, warm, and alive, a sort of clean-feel aroma.
