WHEN DO WE SHIP AND DELIVER?
When we receive an order, we make sure to ship it in less than three days. Once shipped from our warehouse, it reaches your doorsteps within a week or less depending on your shipping location. If the order is placed during weekends or public holidays of UAE, the shipping will be done the next working day. For your information, our team is working from Saturday to Thursday every week except for public holidays announced by the UAE government. To make sure your purchase reaches you at right time, we work hard and efficiently in coordination.
WHERE DO WE SHIP AND DELIVER?
Our online delivery services are available locally to United Arab Emirates, and internationally to kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar.
WHAT ARE COD CHARGES?
Cod option is currently limited to the United Arab Emirates and when expanded to other countries, we will be pleased to inform you. Cod charges are not shipping charges. These charges are only applicable on cod orders for handling. These charges will be applicable to any order without any cart value limit. Cod handling charges are AED 10.
HOW CAN THE PAYMENT BE DONE?
We would encourage online payments via credit/visa cards of any bank. For specified products of the premium category, cash on delivery option is also activated.
RETURN POLICY
If the shipment has been dispatched for prepaid orders and customer requesting for refund, delivery charges will be deducted.
For Online prepaid, credit charges of 2.5% of the total order value will be deducted if cancelled upfront without any reason & if shipped & returned AED 25 will be deducted for courier charges
if you return the item that you received defective, damaged or incorrect you will be refunded full amount.

A delicate touch of nutty and soft note comes from the Almond together with Mandarin Orange and Bergamot that gives freshness and citrus scent. Watery top note gives an aquatic smell of sea. A sweetly aromatic aroma from Civet as a middle note with Geranium that provides a citrus and fruity accent forms a good combination. Rose, Gardenia, and Water Lily adds freshness and floral scent to the middle notes. Laotian Oud, Guaiac Wood, and Sandalwood have a musky and woody scent. Vanilla adds warmth, Coffee gives a freshly brewed coffee with spices, Indonesian Patchouli adds a musky-earthy aroma, Oakmoss has a strong and earthy-mossy aroma while Amber has warm and lightly sweet fragrance. Pink pepper has a peppery spicy scent with rosy overtones.
