WHEN DO WE SHIP AND DELIVER?
When we receive an order, we make sure to ship it in less than three days. Once shipped from our warehouse, it reaches your doorsteps within a week or less depending on your shipping location. If the order is placed during weekends or public holidays of UAE, the shipping will be done the next working day. For your information, our team is working from Saturday to Thursday every week except for public holidays announced by the UAE government. To make sure your purchase reaches you at right time, we work hard and efficiently in coordination.

Our online delivery services are available locally to United Arab Emirates, and internationally to kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar.
WHAT ARE COD CHARGES?
Cod option is currently limited to the United Arab Emirates and when expanded to other countries, we will be pleased to inform you. Cod charges are not shipping charges. These charges are only applicable on cod orders for handling. These charges will be applicable to any order without any cart value limit. Cod handling charges are AED 10.
HOW CAN THE PAYMENT BE DONE?
We would encourage online payments via credit/visa cards of any bank. For specified products of the premium category, cash on delivery option is also activated.
RETURN POLICY
If the shipment has been dispatched for prepaid orders and customer requesting for refund, delivery charges will be deducted.
For Online prepaid, credit charges of 2.5% of the total order value will be deducted if cancelled upfront without any reason & if shipped & returned AED 25 will be deducted for courier charges
if you return the item that you received defective, damaged or incorrect you will be refunded full amount.

 

Tuberose, having a different way to describe the flavor and odor, but commonly you'll hear it described as slightly garlicky with a deep musky aroma, when blended with ylang ylang as top notes, It's a very earthy, pungent and deliciously funky scent. This bottle is described as a deep, rich aroma that's slightly sweet and floral. It brings hints of custard, jasmine, banana, honey and spice. It also bears characteristics of earthiness and greenery. Having gardenia as a top note, thus fragrant flower, capable of changing scents throughout the day ranging from scents getting a spicy, zesty scent with green undertones. Blended with floral jasmine as top notes, these flowers also give off creaminess reminiscent of coconut and even a fuzzy peach skin.  Balancing the sweetness of these exotic fragrances, the bergamot as its top notes blended with base motes of musky patchouli, the fragrance gets its sunny, sweet aroma with notes of tartness. The fruity, orchid and spicy top notes gives off an intoxicating scent due to the blends of base motes of white musk, velvety vetiver and deep sandalwood.
